⑥Vertical ground acceleration 0.15g;
2. Structural requirements
① The AC charging post housing should be sturdy;
② It shall be constructed in such a way that the exposed parts are not easily accessible by hand;
③The AC charging pile shall be selected as a steel combination structure with a thickness of 1.0 or more, with the surface treated by plastic dipping and with due consideration given to the requirements for heat dissipation. The charging pile shall have good shielding function against electromagnetic interference;
④ Charging piles shall have adequate support strength, necessary facilities shall be provided to ensure that the equipment can be properly lifted, transported, stored and installed, and holes for ground bolts shall be provided;
⑤ The bottom of the pile shall be fixedly installed on a base not less than 200mm above the ground. The area of the base should not be larger than 500mm x 500mm;
⑥ The pile shell shall be made of materials with strong impact resistance, good anti-theft performance and anti-aging;
3. Power requirements
① Input voltage: single-phase 220V;
② Output power: single-phase 220V/5KW;
③ Frequency: 50Hz±2Hz;
④ Allowable voltage fluctuation range is: single-phase 220V±15%;
4. Electrical requirements
① When the correct connection between the plug and the socket is confirmed, the separable circuit with load can be closed to realize the power supply to the socket;
② Leakage protection devices should be installed on the incoming side of the power supply cable;
③ The protection of low-voltage power distribution equipment and lines shall meet the relevant provisions in the Code for Low-Voltage Power Distribution Design (GB/50053);
④ For IT system distribution lines, when the first ground fault occurs, an acoustic or light signal shall be issued by the insulation monitoring device, and the faulty circuit shall be cut off by the overcurrent protection appliance or leakage current action protector when the second heterogeneous ground fault occurs;
⑤ In the lighting distribution system, lighting and socket circuits should not be supplied by the same circuit. The power supply side of the socket circuit shall be equipped with a residual current action protection device with a rated action current of 30mA;
5,Security protection function
① The AC charging pile shall be equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can be used to stop charging in an emergency by means of manual or remote communication;
② AC charging pile should have leakage protection on the output side;
③ AC charging pile should have output side over-current and short-circuit protection function;
④ AC charging posts shall be flame retardant;
6,IP protection grade
The AC charging post should comply with IP54 (outdoors) and be equipped with the necessary rain and sun protection;
7,Anti-corrosion (anti-oxidation) protection
Charging pile iron shell and exposed iron bracket, parts should take double layer anti-rust measures, non-ferrous metal shell should also have anti-oxidation protective film or anti-oxidation treatment;
8,Anti-theft protection
Anti-theft locks should be installed on the stake enclosure door, and bolts securing the AC charging stake must be installed or removed only after the enclosure door has been opened;
